Welcome
Thank you for visiting Cadishead Public Band (sponsored by Hamilton Davis Trust), located in Irlam and Cadishead between Manchester and Warrington. We are a progressive, friendly, contesting brass band comprising of a good mixture of both adult and young players. Our main activities, apart from entering band contests throughout the year, include concerts, marches, social events and tours. We perform concerts in the community, the main events being our Spring, Autumn and Christmas Concerts. We are self supporting and this necessitates fund raising events which form part of our social calendar. We also have a Training Band which rehearses on a Monday night, if you are interested in learning to play. Cadishead Public Band has vacancies for a Euphonium player and a Trombone player, due to relocation of our current players.
